![]() He was inspired for its creation in the Spanish historical gardens and painted it on different occasions. Joaquín Sorolla had a special predilection for his garden, as haven of family peace, and also as a space dedicated to reflection and study. In this space you can see the garden, the portal, the fence, the stairs, the ceramic plinth and some old Valencian tiles, belonging to the Sorolla collection, hanging on the wall. She wears a white coat and her face is sketched, being perfectly recognizable, along with other elements that allow the scene to be placed in one of the rooms of the painter's house.
