So it was idiotic how the custodians chose that as their hill to die on when it came to taking late exams or missing them altogether. Did they really think Gavriel was going to wait until all of the students studied, took their exams and passed like good little fallen boys and girls before commencing with his attack? No. It's a safe bubble, where as the Underworld play by different rules altogether. Rather, they are impeding on furthering any progress. It's people like that who hide behind their titles, act all high and mighty and truly believe they are superior that aren't contributing to the greater picture. The custodians, so myopic when it comes to their *precious* rules.□ They remind me of the elders from "Medusa's Destiny" (Book one of the Monsters and Gargoyles series) with their archaic laws and prejudices. Too bad my interest kinda waned after they rescued the missing mate.□ Brace yourself, *rant mode* is now on. This book packed so much into it, that I was getting whiplash from all of the portalling going on. Kai, Xero, Jace & Piper riding a Canadian dragon□
